In a recent statement to the press in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State, Stanley Okoro Emegha, the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Ebonyi State Chapter, clarified that local government chairmen who excel in the upcoming Ebonyi South Senatorial Zone bye-election will be considered for second term tickets.
