EPL: Ndidi in contention to face Tottenham – Leicester City boss, Rodgers

Ndidi has missed the Foxes’ last three games across all competitions after sustaining an injury in training.

Manager Brendan Rodgers has however provided a positive injury update on the Nigeria international ahead of the encounter against Antonio Conte’s side.

“He’s back in training and hopefully should be fine for the weekend,” Rodgers told the club’s official website.

Ndidi struggled to stay fit in recent times battling with one injury or another.

His international teammate, Kelechi Iheanacho, is also expected to be included in Leicester City’s squad for the game.

Iheanacho scored once and provided two assists in the club’s 4-2 win at Aston Villa last weekend.
