Tanzania Opens Its Doors: 71 Countries Now Eligible for Visa-Free Entry

Furthermore, the government has updated the 2023 Immigration Regulations, enabling tourists with a Visitor’s Pass to visit East African Community countries and return to Tanzania without reapplying for entry. According to Kitandula, the ministry is committed to strengthening its partnership with the Ministry of Home Affairs, particularly the immigration department, to collect tourist statistics and develop joint strategies to attract tourists and investment opportunities.
