Nigerian Leaders Receive Eid-el-Kabir Felicitations as APC Forum Voices Support for President Tinubu
As Muslims around the world celebrate the joyous occasion of Eid-el-Kabir, the North-Central All Progressives Congress (APC) Forum has extended warm felicitations to President Bola Tinubu, Plateau State Governor Caleb Mutfwang, and the Muslim community. This gesture of goodwill comes as the Forum reaffirms its commitment to supporting the Tinubu-led Federal Government and promoting unity and development across Nigeria.
"We are delighted to congratulate President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Caleb Mutfwang, and our National Chairman, Alhaji Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, on this auspicious occasion," said Alhaji Saleh Zazzaga, Chairman of the North-Central APC Forum. "May Almighty Allah continue to guide them in their efforts to build a stronger, more united, and prosperous Nigeria." Zazzaga, who is also the founder of the APC Green Cap Movement in Plateau State, emphasized the importance of Nigerians coming together to pray for peace, unity, and stability, and to show kindness and support to the less privileged during Eid.
The Forum commended President Tinubu for establishing the North Central Development Commission, a move that demonstrates his commitment to listening to the concerns of the North-Central region. "President Tinubu has shown that he is a leader with a listening ear, and we are grateful for his support," Zazzaga noted. The Forum has endorsed President Tinubu for a second term, with several other organizations following suit. Zazzaga assured that the North-Central region will deliver massive support for President Tinubu’s reelection, pledging six million votes in the 2027 election.
The Forum also used the occasion to urge Governor Mutfwang to join the APC, believing that this move would advance his political interests and enable him to work closely with President Tinubu. "Governor Mutfwang joining the APC would be in the best interest of Plateau State and the North-Central region, strengthening the party’s ability to deliver good governance to Nigerians," Zazzaga said.
As the North-Central APC Forum continues to champion progress and development, Zazzaga expressed satisfaction with the successful outcomes of the Forum’s agitations, aimed at promoting good governance and advancing the interests of the region. "We will not rest on our oars; we will continue to push for progress and development," he stressed. With a focus on unity, development, and good governance, the North-Central APC Forum remains committed to supporting President Tinubu and promoting a brighter future for Nigeria. As the country celebrates Eid-el-Kabir, the Forum’s message of hope and cooperation serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of working together towards a common goal.
