Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, a former National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, has expressed his confidence in President-elect Bola Tinubu’s ability to reach out to his opponents following the February 25 election. Oshiomhole emphasized the importance of this outreach, stating that it is essential for uniting other contestants and their supporters in the collective effort to build a new Nigeria. As the Senator-elect for Edo North and Deputy Director General of the Tinubu/Shettima Campaign Council, he conveyed his relief and elation that Nigerians chose Tinubu over other candidates for the highest office in the country, citing Tinubu’s superior vision for addressing the nation’s challenges and fulfilling the aspirations of its citizens.

In a statement released by his Chief Media Aide, Victor Oshioke, Oshiomhole noted that those who have worked closely with the former governor of Lagos State have always recognized him as the best candidate for the job at this critical time. He highlighted Tinubu’s campaign, which traversed the entire country under the banner of “Renewed Hope,” outlining a clear and achievable vision for governance through creative leadership. With Tinubu’s victory, Oshiomhole believes that Nigeria stands at the dawn of this renewed hope. He expressed confidence that the mandate given to Tinubu by Nigerians from diverse backgrounds is a testament to the appeal of his visionary leadership, transcending religious, ethnic, and social divides. Oshiomhole concluded by praying for God’s guidance, strength, and wisdom for Tinubu as he works to realize his ambitious plans for Nigeria.
