A recent Instagram story posted by Offset—real name Kiari Kendrell Cephus—has sparked confusion about the paternity of Cardi B’s newborn son with Stefon Diggs. On November 15, Offset uploaded a story captioned “My kid lol,” then quickly deleted it. The screenshot was shared by @mymixtapez on X (formerly Twitter). Under Georgia law, a woman’s legal husband is presumed to be the father of her child, regardless of biology. Because Cardi B and Offset remain married despite filing for divorce in 2024, Offset can be presumed the child’s legal father, although Stefon Diggs may petition the court to obtain legal authority over the baby.

Cardi B responded to Offset’s post with a series of messages on X, expressing frustration and concern for her safety. She said she has endured harassment and threats for over a year, feels her life is in danger, and wants to be left alone, tired of the constant attention. The exchange has ignited discussion about the complexities of family law and the challenges of co‑parenting.

Cardi B and Offset share two children, Kulture and Wave, and are currently separated. Stefon Diggs, the biological father of Cardi B’s newborn son, can take legal steps to establish his parental rights.

In related news, Cardi B announced she is preparing for her upcoming tour, set to begin on February 11, 2026. The tour will support her latest album, *Am I The Drama?*, released on September 19. Despite the recent drama, she says she is entering a “new chapter” and is determined to give fans the “performance of a lifetime.”
