Despite the tension, Curry expressed frustration that the narrative had shifted to the negative aspects of the team’s performance, even though they had just earned two consecutive victories. “Yeah, but that frustration has led to two wins,” he said. “It’s unfortunate that we’re up here, considering where we’ve been, two‑game win streak and protecting our home court, that the vibes of the questions are a little bit more negative than they should be.”
Both Kerr and Green acknowledged the clash but took satisfaction in the result, which moved the Warriors into eighth place in the standings. The win represents the franchise’s first back‑to‑back victories since December 8. With a 15‑15 record, the Warriors will aim to extend their streak against the Dallas Mavericks on Thursday as they strive to regain momentum and improve their standing.
