APGA Leads Nigeria’s South-East Politics Amid Insecurity

APGA now Nigeria's healthiest party - National Vice Chairman, Ehiemere

The All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) has been touted as the healthiest and most grassroots-oriented political party in Nigeria, according to its National Vice Chairman for the South-East zone, Rev. Augustine Ehiemere. In a New Year message to supporters and Nigerians, Ehiemere emphasized the party’s mission to address the pressing issues of terrorism and insecurity in the South East region.

The South East has been grappling with security challenges, and Ehiemere acknowledged the adverse effects of these issues on the region. However, he assured that the party has implemented strategies to combat crime and insecurity in the area. APGA, he claimed, is uniquely positioned to tackle these challenges due to its stable leadership and administrative structure, which sets it apart from other political parties in Nigeria.

Ehiemere praised the achievements of Charles Soludo, the Anambra State governor, and expressed confidence in the party’s ability to expand its influence in the region. Under the leadership of National Chairman Sly Eze Ezeokenwa, APGA aims to win elections in Abia and other South-East states in 2027. The party’s goal, according to Ehiemere, is to rescue Nigeria and the South East from the grip of insecurity and economic hardship.

APGA’s strengths, Ehiemere noted, lie in its grassroots orientation and the loyalty of its supporters. The party remains committed to addressing the region’s security challenges and promoting economic development. With its stable leadership and focus on grassroots engagement, APGA is poised to play a significant role in the region’s political landscape. As the party looks to the future, its leaders are emphasizing the need for continued support and engagement from its loyal base.
