Infinix NOTE 60 Pro Launches with Snapdragon 7s Gen 4

Infinix has launched the NOTE 60 Series globally, introducing the NOTE 60 Pro and NOTE 60 smartphones. The series represents the brand’s latest flagship showcase, emphasizing a strategy to combine 5G performance, design, and entertainment features for a broader international market.

The NOTE 60 Pro is positioned as the series highlight, notable as Infinix’s first smartphone powered by the Snapdragon® 7s Gen 4 Mobile Platform. This collaboration with Qualcomm targets enhanced responsiveness and multitasking, with the company stating up to 75% faster CPU performance and 210% improved GPU rendering compared to the previous NOTE 50 Pro. To manage the increased power, the device includes an upgraded 3D IceCore Vapor Chamber cooling system, which the brand claims can reduce temperature by up to 3°C during intensive use.

A key design innovation is the Active Matrix Display, a miniature LED interface on the device’s rear. It remains hidden when inactive but can show notifications, animated pets, or mini-games when activated. Users can customize it with signatures, emojis, or patterns. The phone also features a 144Hz 1.5K Ultra HDR Cinematic Display with 4500 nits peak brightness and audio tuned by JBL.

Imaging is handled by a 50MP OIS Night Master Camera paired with an ultrawide sensor. Infinix introduces an Ultra HDR pipeline for full-chain high dynamic range processing and a Live Photo mode. The device houses a 6500mAh battery, a 25% increase over its predecessor, supported by 90W wired and 30W wireless charging. The brand also mentions an “active healing system” aimed at extending long-term battery health.

The standard NOTE 60 model shares several high-end features, including a 1.5K 144Hz display, a 50MP OIS camera, and the 3D IceCore cooling system. It runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultimate chipset for 5G connectivity.

Infinix also previewed the NOTE 60 Ultra, a Pininfarina-designed model slated for a later announcement, which will top the series in imaging and performance. Across the entire series, Infinix promises three generations of XOS platform upgrades and five years of security patches, along with eSIM support.

The NOTE 60 Pro will be available in six colors, including a Pininfarina design variant, in storage configurations up to 12GB RAM with 256GB ROM. The NOTE 60 comes in five colors with options up to 8GB RAM and 256GB ROM. Availability and pricing vary by region, with specific details to be confirmed through local retailers and the Infinix official website.
