The City Boy Movement has named Dr. Martha Agba as its National Director of Support Groups, a move designed to sharpen the organization’s grassroots coordination and expand its reach across Nigeria. The political support group, which champions President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, is betting on Agba’s experience in public engagement and organizational development to tighten the network of allied groups.

Agba will oversee the activities of affiliated support groups, streamline operations, and foster collaboration among stakeholders. Her mandate includes ramping up outreach and ensuring the movement’s objectives resonate nationwide. The appointment signals a deliberate effort to strengthen the backbone of the movement’s mobilization machinery.

In her first remarks, Agba thanked Seyi Tinubu, the movement’s Grand Patron, and Director Francis Tosin Shoga for the trust placed in her. She promised to deliver effective leadership and deepen engagement with support groups across the federation. She also voiced strong backing for President Tinubu’s administration, framing the Renewed Hope Agenda as a blueprint for national development, economic growth, and expanded opportunities for Nigerians.

Supporters of the movement welcomed the appointment, expressing confidence it would galvanize mobilisation and stakeholder engagement efforts.
