Thugs invade INEC office in Abia

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, on Sunday said hoodlums invaded its office in Abia State.

The electoral body made the revelation in a Twitter post on its verified page.

“Thugs have invaded our Obingwa Local Government Area office in Abia State.

“Security agencies have been alerted. The Commission is monitoring the situation and will issue a statement shortly,” INEC tweeted.
