The Federal Polytechnic Damaturu has awarded a contract for the construction of an FM radio station, along with the provision of the necessary equipment, to Omoluabi Construction Company, a firm based in Ogun State. The project is being financed through a revitalization fund and will be subject to a series of monitoring activities.

During the hand‑over of the construction site, the institution’s Rector, Engr. Usman Kallamu, urged the contractor to deliver work of the highest quality, leaving no room for error. He emphasized that the polytechnic will not compromise on quality and standards, and he called on the contractor to adhere strictly to the specifications and meet expectations, noting that doing so would qualify the company for future consideration. The Rector was represented by Deputy Rector for Administration, Dr. Ibrahim Babale Gashua.

In response, Dr. Victor Eniola Mark, Group Chairman of Ojulowo Omoluabi Empire Holdings Limited, assured the polytechnic of the company’s commitment to virtue and quality. Represented by Ahmed Ogunlesi, Mark highlighted the integrity and strong track record of the company and its subsidiaries, which led to the award of the contract. He stated, “For us, virtues matter. We are big on quality and integrity. We will exceed expectations and deliver in record time.”

Omoluabi Construction Company is a subsidiary of Ojulowo Omoluabi Empire Holdings Limited, located in the Abeokuta area of Ogun State.
