Erstwhile Super Eagles player, Ifeanyi Ekwueme has hailed the impact of Edith Agoye on Sunshine Stars this season.
The Owena Boys are currently fifth on the Group B table, two points adrift from the playoff zone.
Ekwueme said that the former Shooting Stars handler deserves commendation for transforming the team in his first season as head coach of the Owena Waves
“I am surprised that he has been able in no time to build a solid side that is competing well in the league.
“He deserves commendation from the Ondo State Football hierarchy for his work on the team,” Ekwueme said.
Sunshine Stars have picked 21 points from 14 games this season.
