Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State has announced the appointment of Samuel Aruwan as the Administrator of the Kaduna Capital Territory Authority (KCTA). In a statement released by Muhammad Shehu, the Chief Press Secretary, the governor expressed confidence in Aruwan’s ability to drive the development agenda of the capital territory.
Aruwan, who previously served as the Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs in the state, brings a wealth of experience to his new role. With a background in Mass Communication and over a decade of experience in the media, Aruwan’s expertise in crisis management and governance will prove vital in enhancing the peace and security initiatives of the Kaduna State Government.
The governor commended Aruwan’s achievements in leading the state’s campaign against terrorism and banditry in Northern Nigeria. He urged the new administrator to leverage his innovative and creative skills, as well as his deep knowledge of management and governance, to propel the KCTA to greater heights.
Aruwan’s appointment comes at a time when the Kaduna Capital Territory Authority is focused on addressing the development needs of the capital territory.
