Josephine Otabor, popularly known as Phyna and the winner of Big Brother Naija Season 7, has addressed the allegations that she “abandoned” her family following her victory and the receipt of the N100 million grand prize in 2022.
In a recent interview with a newspaper, Mr. Felix Otabor, Phyna’s father, expressed his disappointment, stating that his daughter “vanished into thin air” as soon as she received the prize money, and she has not returned home since. He further added that Phyna has not been answering their calls nor reaching out to them.
However, Phyna, in a now-deleted post on X, strongly refuted these claims and threatened to take legal action against the newspaper that published the interview.
