This declaration came on the heels of President Tinubu’s directive to provide comprehensive support to the security forces, ensuring that they are well-equipped to fulfill their mandate.
The minister’s call to action, voiced during the town hall assembly, sought to engage the residents of Bwari in the collective responsibility of addressing the security challenges plaguing the region. He extended his sympathies to the community in light of the kidnappings and violence that have afflicted their midst, urging vigilance and caution regarding potential informants aligned with criminal elements.
Expressing the unequivocal commitment of the administration to prioritize the safety of lives and properties, Wike affirmed that combating criminal activities would be a pivotal focus. Emphasizing the indispensable role of the community in providing vital information to preempt and thwart criminal activities, he emphasized the necessity of proactive collaboration between residents and security agencies.
