Nothing Phone 2a Plus Leaks Ahead of Launch, Brings Improvements to Camera and Charging Speed

London-based startup Nothing, led by former OnePlus CEO Carl Pei, is preparing to launch its highly anticipated Phone 2a Plus in global markets, including India, in the coming days. Before the official unveiling, a new leak has surfaced, revealing some of the key specifications and memory variants of the upcoming smartphone.

According to Smartprix, the Nothing Phone 2a Plus will boast a 50-megapixel selfie camera, an upgrade over the standard 32-megapixel camera found on the original Phone 2a. The dual rear camera setup will remain unchanged, sporting the same 50-megapixel configuration.

Additionally, the phone will feature the same 5,000mAh battery as the Phone 2a, but with a slightly faster charging speed of 50W, up from 45W. The screen, which will be a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, will retain its under-display fingerprint sensor and NFC connectivity features.

Under the hood, the Phone 2a Plus will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7350 chipset, paired with up to 12GB of RAM. It will be available in 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB RAM and storage configurations, with Black and Grey colour options.

With its premium specs and sleek design, the Nothing Phone 2a Plus is poised to make a statement in the competitive smartphone market. Stay tuned for the official launch and hands-on impressions.
