Transfer: Super Falcons forward, Ijamilusi moves to China

Super Falcons forward, Folashade Ijamilusi has signed for Chinese Women’s Super League outfit, Liaoning Baiye FC.

Ijamilusi, who joined the Shenyang City-based club from Nigeria Women’s Football League, NWFL, champions Edo Queens put pen to paper on a two-year contract.

The powerful striker won the the NWFL title with Edo Queens last season.

She was the top scorer in the NWFL during that campaign with eight goals.

Ijamilusi also played a key role in Edo Queens’ successful WAFU -B campaign.

The former FC Robo Queens star caught the eye after scoring a hat-trick for the Super Falcons in a friendly against the Green Ladies of Algeria last year.
