NWFL: Edo Queens coach Aduku ready for second stanza

Edo Queens head coach, Moses Aduku has expressed the team’s readiness for the second stanza of the Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) season.

The Benin City club are currently unbeaten in the NWFL this season.

Edo Queens recently bolstered their squad with five new players for the second stanza of the league.

Aduku said that he is optimistic of a successful title defence.

“For me, I think we are ready for the challenge,” Aduku told Pulsesports.

“There’s no easy game, this is the last stage, every team is aiming for the best.

“Edo Queens is a fantastic team, we are happy that we have been able to bring in more experienced legs to amplified the efforts of the other ones for a positive result at the end.

“Boosting up the team was a good move and I like to thank the State government for their massive support.

“We are elated and ready to hit the ground running. To us in Edo Queens, every game is a war, and we are ready to fight.”
