Ligue 1: Moffi set to make injury return after lengthy layoff

Terem Moffi is set to return to action for OGC Nice against Monaco following his lengthy injury layoff.

The Nigeria international sustained a hamstring injury in training during pre-season.

Moffi recently returned to training and has been certified fit to return to action.

The forward is expected to be named in Nice’s matchday squad for the clash with Monaco.

“Terem has improved over the last ten days in terms of sequences and dynamism. We can start different players depending on the matches. You’ll see tomorrow,” Nice head coach Franck Haise was quoted as saying by France Bleu.

The 25-year-old scored 11 goals in 30 league appearances for Nice last season.
