The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has commenced the distribution of sensitive election materials to the various polling units in Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State.

iNEC Electoral Officer in Warri, Delta State, Mr. Kingsley Ogboe, disclosed this to newsmen during a chat in his office.

Ogboe noted that they started distribution of the materials as early as 5am today.

While pointing out that the Warri South Local Government Area is a large one, Ogboe said there’s rowdiness at his office with people moving in and out to their various polling units.

He urged politicians and voters to maintain peace and decorum to have a peaceful election, stressing that INEC is ready to their job.

Meanwhile, there were heavy presence of security agents at the INEC Secretariat in Warri South Local Government Area.
