Popular Nollywood actress Angela Okorie has dismissed the long-standing misconceptions about her character, describing herself as a “free spirit” with a heart of gold.
In an Instagram post, the actress, celebrated for her talent and outspoken personality, shared that, despite public perception, she doesn’t hold grudges or dwell on negativity.
Instead, she embraces forgiveness and chooses to live each day with love, laughter, and peace.
“One thing you must know about me: I am a free spirit, and my heart is pure toward everyone. I forgive easily and don’t hold grudges, no matter what,” she wrote.
Angela shared a recent experience where a woman asked her how she manages to deal with the hate directed toward her.
According to the actress, her response was simple: “I forgive them even before they offend me.”
She explained that although she might react in the moment, as any human would, she ultimately chooses to let go and move on.
