Gadaka: APC to Rule Nigeria for 100 Years

Yobe State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Muhammad Gadaka, has expressed confidence that the party will remain in power for the next century, citing its ongoing policies and governance strategies as key to shaping Nigeria’s political future.

Gadaka made the remarks during the Yobe Leadership and Innovation Summit 2026, organized by the Centre for Leadership and Good Governance—Yobe, in Damaturu. Represented by the State Party Youth Leader, Muhammad Musa Gulani, he emphasized the APC’s commitment to sustaining governance at federal, state, and local levels for over 100 years.

“The vision of our party is to improve the lives of Nigerians and make Nigeria a great country,” Gadaka said. “We are reviewing our progress and strengthening our strategic direction to align our messaging with measurable impact.”

He called on Nigerians to have confidence in the APC government, assuring that the nation’s economy would eventually work for all citizens. Gadaka also noted that achieving meaningful national development would require more time and additional terms in office.

The APC, which currently governs at the federal level and in several states, has positioned itself as a driver of national progress through various policy initiatives. Gadaka’s remarks reflect the party’s long-term vision for Nigeria’s political landscape, though such projections remain subject to electoral dynamics and public sentiment.

The Yobe Leadership and Innovation Summit 2026 served as a platform for the APC to outline its strategic priorities and reaffirm its commitment to governance. As Nigeria continues to navigate economic and social challenges, the party’s ability to deliver on its promises will likely shape its political trajectory in the years to come.
