Military men on Lagos waterways
Two boats carrying passengers were forced to stop on Saturday by naval officials deployed to enforce movement restrictions on Lagos State waterways.
The boats sighted by our correspondent were seen tied to an anchor as the passengers watched helplessly.
Some marine police officers were also seen conducting a stop and search on the waterways.
