Former Man United striker Louis Saha urges Harry Kane to consider Manchester United

Former Manchester United striker, Louis Saha, has urged Tottenham Hotspur’s captain, Harry Kane, to consider joining Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s squad this summer. Saha believes that Kane is the “perfect” signing for Man United and believes that the English striker could be the key to ending the Red Devils’ 10-year wait for a Premier League title.

The Tottenham captain has been linked with several clubs, including Chelsea and Liverpool, as he seeks to add to his cabinet of personal honours as one of the most coveted strikers in the world of football. With 30 Premier League goals in the just-concluded 2022/2023 season, the striker has piqued the interest of many top teams looking to bolster their attacking options.

In an interview with Paddy Power, Saha hinted that Kane’s career demands more than just individual accolades, stating that it would be refreshing to see the striker lift a trophy. “As players, we all want a title or a Champions League—that is Harry Kane’s level. To be totally honest, I can see him winning the Premier League if he joins one of the current top-four teams. I love Manchester United so much, and for me, that is the perfect fit for him,” the former striker asserted.

He further advised the Tottenham striker to choose wisely, stating that another season without Champions League football with the North London club might not bode well for his career. “Another season without Champions League football at Tottenham won’t be good for Harry Kane. I would advise him to consider Manchester United very strongly.”

While Kane’s future remains uncertain, the striker’s performances continue to draw high praises from fellow players who understand the rigours of professional football. Whether or not Kane will heed Saha’s advice remains to be seen. Nonetheless, it is clear that a move to one of the current top-four teams will provide the desired change Harry Kane needs to attain the heights his talents deserve.
