Don urges Gov Otu to refurbish dilapidated state library in Cross River

A college lecturer, Dr Joseph Odok, has known as on Governor Bassey Otu of Cross River State to refurbish the dilapidated state library in the middle of city.

“While your focus and vision is well appreciated I wish to burden you more by appealing that you give a face lift to the Cross River State library that have become an eye sore and embarrassment to behold.

“This is more so to improve reading culture and improve education in the State,” he stated.
