Tinubu Urges Nigerians to Have Faith in God as Nation Strives for Peace, Stability, and Prosperity

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has called upon Nigerians to maintain faith in God and believe in the nation’s ability to achieve lasting peace, stability, and prosperity. He shared these sentiments while addressing reporters after participating in the Eid-el-Kabir prayers at Dodan Barracks prayer ground in Lagos.

With utmost conviction, Tinubu reassured the citizens that Allah would not allow Nigeria to bear burdens beyond its capacity. In light of this, he appealed for unity and cooperation among Nigerians, urging them to set aside religious and ethnic rivalries.

Speaking passionately, Tinubu emphasized, “Allah will not give you a burden that you cannot carry. He’s there for us. We must have faith in the country. Have faith in ourselves, believing that as citizens of this country, we must join hands to build the nation.”

He implored Nigerians to transcend religious and tribal identities, emphasizing the importance of living harmoniously with one another and fostering a spirit of joy and prosperity. Tinubu expressed unwavering optimism for Nigeria’s future, stating, “Nigeria will see peace and stability, and God will grant peace to those of us at the war front.”

These remarks come shortly after Tinubu’s return from a visit to France and London. As he prepares to return to Abuja, the nation’s capital, later this week, the words of encouragement and hope from the influential leader resonate firmly within the hearts of Nigerians.

President Tinubu’s message serves as a powerful reminder for Nigerians to embrace unity, faith, and resilience as the nation confronts challenges on its path towards progress. By holding steadfast to these values, Nigerians can overcome adversity and work collectively to build a prosperous and harmonious society.
