Deji Adeyanju, a socio-political activist, has cautioned President Bola Tinubu towards giving ministerial appointments to former governors.
Adeyanju stated Tinubu ought to appoint certified technocrats as ministers as a result of he owes former governors nothing.
Tweeting, the rights activist, famous that former governors are irrelevant to his ambition.
According to Adeyanju: “President Tinubu should not give any former governor ministerial appointment but appoint extremely competent technocrats.
“I know the pressure the president must be facing to appoint these formal governors so that he can secure a 2nd term but these former governors are already irrelevant.
“Tinubu should begin to partner with current governors ahead of 2027. Nigeria is in a very bad place currently.”
