MASSOB warns unknown gunmen to desist from destroying economy of Ndigbo

The Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) has issued a warning to unknown gunmen, urging them to stop the continual destruction of worthwhile properties and belongings of the folks within the southeast area.

MASSOB strongly condemned the actions of the unknown gunmen, notably their assault on schoolchildren and academics whereas trying to implement a sit-at-home order.

In an announcement signed by the National Director of Information, Comrade Edeson Samuel, MASSOB expressed deep disappointment that these claiming to combat for the emancipation of the Biafran folks have been concurrently participating in actions that introduced hardship, poverty, and financial destruction upon their very own folks.

The destruction of the folks’s agricultural produce and the mistreatment of faculty kids and academics not solely hinder the progress of the Igbo folks but in addition jeopardize the long run of the youngsters and the whole era of Biafrans.

MASSOB firmly rejected the continual and necessary sit-at-home train in Igbo land, emphasizing that its enforcement solely serves to destroy their fragile economy and inflict extra struggling on the folks. MASSOB demanded the unconditional launch of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu from detention and referred to as upon the South East governors and National Assembly members to take a stand and advocate for his launch.

“Simon Ikpa should have a rethink and see that our enemies are happy with the pains and cries of our people because these are what they wanted. The failure of an Igbo man and the destruction of our economy has been their dream, that was why they gave igbo man €20 after the civil war” the group lamented.
