Ogunmodede Delighted with Performance of Sky Blue Stars’ New Intakes against Rangers

The head coach of Remo Stars, Daniel Ogunmodede, expressed his admiration for the performance of academy products Stanley Joseph and Ahmed Akinleye in their victory against Rangers on Sunday.

Akinleye and Joseph made their debut for the Sky Blue Stars in the home match.

Ogunmodede praised the players for giving a commendable performance despite the intense pressure from their opponents.

Both players were promoted from Remo Stars’ youth team, Beyond Limits.

“The boys showed great potential,” he informed the club’s media outlet.

“They will continue to learn and develop as they gain experience playing in the Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL).”
