Ohanaeze Urges Igbos in Lagos to Consider Investing in Southeast Amidst Demolition Concerns

Ohanaeze Ndigbo, the apex Igbo socio-cultural organization, has advised Igbos residing in Lagos State to contemplate relocating their investments to the Southeast region amidst recent demolition concerns.

The organization pointed out that bustling cities like Aba, Abakiliki, and Onitsha boast substantial potential for growth, presenting attractive investment opportunities for Igbos.

In a statement issued by the factional Secretary-General of Ohanaeze, Okechukwu Isiguzoro, it was emphasized that, “Ohanaeze Ndigbo encourages Igbos to seize this moment as an opportunity to reassess their investments and consider relocating them to the Eastern region.”

Isiguzoro further elaborated, “Our vibrant cities, such as Aba, Abakiliki, and Onitsha, offer immense potential for growth and development. By investing and building international markets in these areas, we can create prosperous economic hubs that will not only benefit the Igbo people but also contribute to the overall development of Nigeria.”

“Ohanaeze Ndigbo calls on all Igbo residents in Lagos to unite and extend support to one another during this challenging period. Together, we can navigate through these difficulties and pave the way for a brighter future for ourselves and generations to come,” Isiguzoro added.
