Club Brugge Eyes Nigerian Striker Etiosa Ighodaro as Replacement for Top Hitman Thiago

Belgian football club Club Brugge has set its sights on Nigerian striker Etiosa Ighodaro as they search for a new top scorer. With their current star striker Igor Thiago eyeing a move to the Premier League, Ighodaro is being considered as a suitable replacement.

The 22-year-old forward is currently on loan at SuperSport United from Mamelodi Sundowns, where he has been showcasing his talent. Ighodaro has also had loan spells at TUKS and Chippa United, gaining valuable experience in South African football.

Club Brugge is reportedly gearing up to enter negotiations with Mamelodi Sundowns in the coming days to secure the services of the promising Nigerian striker. If the deal goes through, Ighodaro will join the ranks of other Nigerian talents who have donned the Club Brugge jersey in the past, including Daniel Amokachi, Emmanuel Dennis, and David Okereke.

Stay tuned for updates on this potential transfer as Club Brugge looks to bolster their attacking options with the addition of Etiosa Ighodaro.
