Big Brother Naija Kuture reveals stress relief method

Recently evicted Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemate, Kuture, has shared his strategy for managing stress during his time in the house. In a post-eviction interview, Kuture revealed that he used parties as a means to release his emotions and tension, rather than engaging in conflicts with his fellow housemates.

Kuture explained that he directed his energy towards parties, stating, “I channel all my free time and energy to parties. Instead of letting out my anger on any housemate, I let it out through excitement.” He emphasized the importance of looking forward to these events, saying, “No matter how stressful the day or the week may be, I just be like, no worry, Thursday and Saturday go still come.”

Throughout his stay in the house, Kuture became known for his energetic presence at the Thursday night pool parties and Saturday night raves. His dance moves often took center stage, and he was frequently seen partying with fellow housemates Imisi and Isabella, with whom he shared some of his most memorable moments.

Kuture’s approach to stress management allowed him to navigate the pressures of living in the Big Brother Naija house, where contestants are often subjected to challenging situations and intense competition. By focusing on the social aspects of the show, such as parties and interactions with his fellow housemates, Kuture was able to maintain a positive outlook and create lasting memories during his time on the program.

As a former housemate, Kuture’s experience and strategies for coping with stress may serve as a valuable insight for viewers and future contestants alike. The Big Brother Naija show continues to captivate audiences with its unique blend of competition, social dynamics, and entertainment, providing a platform for housemates like Kuture to showcase their personalities and approaches to challenging situations.
