WWE Superstar Sheamus is currently recovering from a shoulder injury that required surgery. His wife, Isabella Revilla‑Farrelly, recently posted an update on Instagram. The photo shows a selfie of her with Sheamus resting in the background, and the caption highlights her own fitness achievements, including a 54‑week workout streak. The post suggests that Sheamus is recuperating well.
Earlier, Revilla‑Farrelly had expressed frustration about an unexpected trip to the Birmingham Surgery Center in Alabama, which was not part of their planned travel itinerary. Sheamus sustained the injury during a six‑man tag team match on the November 17, 2025 episode of RAW. He teamed with John Cena and Rey Mysterio against Finn Balor, JD McDonagh, and Dominik Mysterio of The Judgment Day. Although their team won, Sheamus was left injured and later underwent shoulder surgery.
Because of the injury, Sheamus had to forfeit his spot in the “Last Time Is Now” tournament, where he was slated to face LA Knight. The Miz replaced him but ultimately lost to Knight in the semifinals. Sheamus remains out of action, and his return date is still uncertain.
Fans are eagerly awaiting his comeback, especially given his impressive résumé that includes four WWE World Championship titles. Revilla‑Farrelly’s update provides a positive indication of his recovery, and the wrestling community will be closely watching his progress toward returning to the ring.
