The Anambra State chapter of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors, a political pressure group affiliated with the All Progressives Congress, has inaugurated its zonal and local government coordinators. The event, which took place in Awka, aimed to mobilize support for President Bola Tinubu’s re-election in 2027. Mr. Okey Ezenwa, the Anambra State Coordinator of the group, charged the newly inaugurated leaders to promote the policies, achievements, and objectives of the President’s administration to the public.
The Renewed Hope Ambassadors is a group working to advance the interests of the All Progressives Congress and ensure the re-election of President Tinubu. As an offshoot of the APC, the group plays a crucial role in disseminating information about the party’s manifesto and the President’s vision for the country. According to Ezenwa, the zonal and local government coordinators have been entrusted with the responsibility of engaging directly with members of every household in Anambra State, promoting the President’s policies and achievements.
Ezenwa expressed gratitude to President Tinubu for entrusting the group with this responsibility, praising his visionary and principled leadership. He also thanked the Director General of the group, Senator Hope Uzodimma, the Governor of Imo State, for his exceptional leadership. The Anambra State Coordinator emphasized the importance of effective communication, urging the coordinators to present policies and achievements in clear language, create spaces for questions and feedback, and communicate verifiable accomplishments with transparency.
The group plans to organize town hall meetings to interact with local residents, civil society, faith-based organizations, and the private sector. Ezenwa pledged to lead with transparency, accountability, and an unwavering commitment to the people of Anambra, aiming to inspire confidence, drive measurable improvements, and deepen trust in the democratic process.
