Repent or leave Taraba – Police tells hoodlums

The Taraba State Police Command has asked hoodlums to get out of the state or seek alternative sources of income.

Police Commissioner, Yusuf Amuda Suleiman, who made the command on Tuesday while parading three suspects alleged to have been terrorising Taraba and Adamawa State borders, vowed not to rest until all undesirable elements are brought to their knees.

Parading the suspects through spokesperson, Abdullahi Usman, the Commissioner said “The command has never relented in its efforts to sustain a serious manhunt for bandits and other perpetrators of crimes within the state.”

The Commissioner advised the criminals to either repent or leave the state completely, adding that the command has launched a serious manhunt for criminals hibernating in some identified hot spots within Taraba and Jalingo metropolis.

He gave the names 9f the arrested suspects as Suleiman Usman, 21, Mohammed Umar 20 and Mohammed Juli 22, all of whom are male, saying three other suspects are still at large.
