Chelsea manager, Mauricio Pochettino has hailed Carney Chukwuemeka, describing the England U21 star as a ‘very talented’ player.
Chukwuemeka moved to Chelsea from Aston Villa in a £20m deal last summer.
He has made 14 Premier League appearances for the west Londoners.
Pochettino, who took over as Chelsea boss at Stamford Bridge this summer, was asked about the England U20s international before Chelsea’s pre-season friendly game against Fulham on Sunday in the USA.
“He’s a player that can play in-between No.10 and No.8.
“He’s a very talented player, very good quality. In our dynamic, he can use different spaces on the pitch,” Pochettino told NBC Sports.
