NEDC will deliver its mandate in Northeast – Sam Onuigbo

The southeast representative in the newly-inaugurated Board of the North East Development Commission, NEDC, Sam Onuigbo, has assured that the board would deliver on its mandate.

Onuigbo said NEDC will rediscover its socioeconomic possibilities in the Northeast.

The former All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Abia Central Senatorial District, assured that the NEDC board “must structure our plans in a manner that renews hope and delivers development that is enduring and sustainable.”

A statement by Onuigbo commended President Bola Tinubu for appointing him as a member of the NEDC board.

Onuigbo said: “As we start work as Board Members of this important Commission, what I will bring on board is selfless service anchored on the vision of providing advice on visionary, impactful, and futuristic ideas for the sustainable development of the North East.
