President Tinubu Appoints New Board Members For Finance Incorporated

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has officially sanctioned the appointment of Dr Shamsudeen Usman as the Board Chairman of the Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MOFI). The President further approved the nomination of Dr Armstrong Ume Takang as the Amazing Director of MOFI, in addition to appointing eight others to serve in various capacities on the board.

Dr. Tajudeen Datti Ahmed is the newly appointed Executive Director of Portfolio Management, Mr. Femi Ogunseinde is the Executive Director of Investment Management, and Mrs. Oluwakemi Owonubi is the Executive Director of Risk.

Moreover, Mr. Ike Chioke, Ms. Chantelle Abdul, Mr. Alheri Nyako, and Mr. Bolaji Rafiu Elelu have been appointed to serve as Non-Executive Directors on the board. This vital information was disclosed by the President’s Spokesperson, Ajuri Ngelale, in a statement released on Friday, where the President emphasized the expectation of a high level of results-driven performance from the MOFI Board and Management team.

Furthermore, the President appointed Dr. Aba Ibrahim and Dr. Muda Yusuf to serve on the Board of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) for a four (4) year term as representatives of the organized private sector.
