NPFL: Niger Tornadoes coach reflects on draw against Ikorodu City

Niger Tornadoes technical adviser, Majin Mohammed has blamed missed chances for his team’s goalless draw against Ikorodu City.

The Ikon Allah Boys were held to a goalless draw by Ikorodu City at the Bako Kontagora Stadium, Minna, on Saturday.

Mohammed however acknowledged Ikorodu City’s impressive run of form in the league.

“We created chances, but failed to capitalize,” Mohammed told Niger Tornadoes media.

“Ikorodu City are not a bad side, they picked form since their present coach took over the team and ever since have been doing well.

“I think they’ve lost just once in so many games, but that doesn’t mean they are not beatable, in fact the story would have been different if we took our chances.”
