High Courts in Rivers to resume regular sessions Jan 10

Judges of the Rivers State High Court are set to resume normal court sittings on Friday, January 10, 2025, following the conclusion of the Christmas vacation.

The State Chief Registrar, David Ihua-Maduenyi, announced this in a statement.

Ihua-Maduenyi recalled that the Chief Judge of Rivers State, Justice Simeon Chibuzor-Amadi, had earlier declared the vacation, which began on Monday, December 23, 2024.

The Chief Registrar noted that with the vacation period now over, all court activities will return to normal on the specified date.

He urged members of the public to take note and adjust accordingly.
