The family described her as “a devoted Christian, a gifted songstress, and a passionate praise and worship leader whose angelic voice touched many lives as she spread the gospel through music.” They added that she would be remembered as “a beautiful, fun-loving woman with a heart of gold, whose faith, warmth, and kindness left lasting impressions on all who knew her.”

Her death has prompted an outpouring of grief from fans and fellow musicians across Africa and within the international gospel community. Brisibi’s contributions to contemporary worship music in Nigeria included leading congregations at major events and releasing several acclaimed albums that blended African rhythms with traditional gospel sounds. Her work with LoveWorld’s music department, including collaborations with artists like Frank Edwards, helped shape the sound of modern Nigerian gospel.
