Heartland FC secures spot in NNL Super Eight playoffs

In a keenly contested matchday nine encounter against Ibom Youth, Heartland FC emerged victorious with a 2-1 win at the Eket Stadium, securing a place in the Nigeria National League (NNL) Super Eight playoff, witnessed by Daily Post

With 21 points, Heartland FC tops the Southern Conference Group B, a remarkable ten points clear of the second-placed Giant Brillars, hence, cementing their place in the NNL Super Eight playoffs

Katsina United is the other team that has qualified for the Super Six from the NNL.

In their final league game of the season, Christian Obi’s side, Heartland FC, would take on Abia Comets at the Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri, in a highly anticipated encounter.
