Presidents and Foreign Delegations Arrive in Abuja for Bola Tinubu’s Inauguration

The inauguration of Bola Tinubu as Nigeria’s President has attracted dignitaries, diplomats, and representatives of foreign governments to Abuja, the nation’s capital. The US delegation, led by Secretary Marcia Fudge of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, arrived in Nigeria on Sunday afternoon and was welcomed by the mission’s official Twitter page. The Canadian delegation, headed by Hussein Ahmed, the Minister for Housing and Diversity and Inclusion, has also arrived in the country.

The ceremony has attracted the Presidents of various African countries, including Mohamed Bazoum of Niger, Abdelmadjid Tebboune of Algeria, and Samia Hassan of Tanzania. Other attendees include Ghana’s President, Nana Akufo Addo, and Chadian President, Mahamat Déby.
